Edward is responsible for overseeing all phases of the company. With over 40 years of experience, he is well versed in many different types of systems. Having started the firm in 1988, he recognised the importance of aligning with a professional Association, and found the Canadian Associated Air Balance Council (CAABC) to be consistent with his ideas on Independence, Integrity, and the need to continue education in the ever changing field of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing.
Since becoming a member of the Canadian Associated Air Balance Council in 1995, Edward has served the Association in the following capacities:

Steven has worked at Dynamic Flow Balancing Ltd. part time for 7 years before joining us full time. He has Air Balancing, Hydronic Balancing, Fume Hood Testing and Sound level Testing experience, but is usually in the office estimating, coordinating projects, and managing the company. He is also a Level 1 Certified Thermographer.

| Things I have enjoyed: | Being fortunate enough to experience balancing over 3 decades, that started with pneumatic controls being manipulated by rubber hose connections, to now commanding the Building Automation Systems through a smart phone. |
| My favourite sports teams: | Any team my sons are playing on. |
| Projects I am most proud of: | Buildings where we problem solve and leave the occupants with an improved environment. |
| What people don't know about me: | I ran a marathon to celebrate turning 30. |

Tracey is our office administrator. She compiles all the reports, as well as a thousand other tasks that keep the office organised and running smoothly. As an integral part of the team, we appreciate her efforts and dedication.
